but the white clematis in my garden
is blooming beautifully.
The purple jackmani clematis
is doing quite well too.
The jacob's ladder has made it's
appearance as well.

I always feel bad for my blooms
when the weather takes
a chilly turn and often go out
in the gardens to talk to them
and reassure them that warmers days
are returning soon.
Am I the only one out there that talks
to her plants???
No, you are not alone. There are a lot of us that talk to plants and other things as well. I have been known to answer my own self. Now that is getting bad!
ReplyDeleteI'm quite sure that you aren't. :D I should be out talking to mine tonight as there'll be a frost. I hate thinking about it. Brrr...

No you're not the only one. I used to talk to my house plants. Maybe I said the wrong thing because they all died!
ReplyDeleteIt's been chilly and very windy here. What's with the weather??
There is nothing wrong with talking to your garden!! And keep talking--it appreciates it by showing its beauty.

The clematis is lovely! My father grows some of a similar hue, on a trellis just outside of the dining room window. I love seeing it when we go to their house to visit.
